Adam Marit, Broker + Owner
Adam’s venture into the real estate industry was destined from the start. With his dad serving in the military, moving across town – and sometimes across the country – was a normal part of Adam’s life. His mom owned her own successful real estate company, as well, so his understanding of the real estate process was second nature to him growing up. Adam has worked in the industry since 2007 and later obtained his broker’s license in 2013. This allowed him to pursue his lifelong dream of establishing a company and team that reflects his desire to disrupt the status quo so that we can empower and better serve the individual. Adam is dedicated to offering an unmatched level of service, while keeping his client’s best interests in mind…and not just chasing commissions. Adam lives in Landen with his wife Josie and their two children, Grayson and Priya. In his free time, you’ll see him coaching at his kids’ extra-curricular sports activities.
Chris Holtman, Realtor + Team Coordinator
Chris is a natural relationship builder and communicator. With a professional background in communications and public relations, Chris has spent his career engaging and connecting people to the news and opportunities that are important to them and has been recognized nationally for his work. Chris fell into the real estate industry as an investor back in 2014 and hasn’t looked back since, working on the side in several areas of the business – design, home renovations and flipping, long- and short-term rentals, and more. In fact, you may have seen his work featured in local publications! The marriage between his professional career and his passion became official when Chris joined the RealLink team full-time in 2021 as a realtor and our go-to marketing pro. As a born and raised Cincinnatian, Chris enjoys adventuring across town with family and friends.
Tim Timmerman, Realtor + Buyer Specialist
Tim – a native of Detroit and Cincinnati resident for over a decade – has been active in the local real estate market since 2012. He joined the RealLink team in 2015 to assist buyers in the search for their dream home. In addition to his real estate duties, you can hear Tim every morning on Q102 with the top-rated “Jeff and Jenn Morning Show” and on the “Q102 Hot List.” Tim’s role as a local media personality has him out and about in the many neighborhoods throughout the tri-state area, which lends itself to his role as a buyer specialist with RealLink. Tim is a self-identified “map nerd” and enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, travel and exploring.
Sarah Draper, Realtor + Contract-to-Closing Specialist
Sarah – a licensed real estate agent since 2015 – is trusted with many of the intricate details of the real estate process. She has successfully managed hundreds of transactions since joining the RealLink team in 2017. Sarah is known by clients for her attention to detail and has earned the reputation for being focused, dedicated, and hard-working. A graduate of Miami University, Sarah lives in West Chester where she enjoys spending time with her husband Steve and their two children, Lauren and Alex.
