First of all let me say that Adam Marit is a professional, polite and personable man. I heard about RealLink on 55krc and gave the service a lot of thought. I checked the website and had my son check the website and then made an appointment with Adam. He was very punctual and respectful of me and my home. In today’s market it’s important for homeowners to attempt to preserve as much of their equity as possible during a sale. We were not comfortable going the “For Sale by Owner” route. Up until working with Adam, my experience with realtors had left me very jaded about the process and the profession in general. Also, with recent advances in technology (online MLS, Zillow, dotloop), I don’t believe that anything close to a 6% commission is warranted in most real estate transactions. Accordingly, when deciding to sell our home this time around, I was very hesitant to do so in the conventional manner. When first hearing about Adam’s business model, it made absolute sense to me. However, we had some level of skepticism about the service – that skepticism could not have been more unfounded!
