I was initially nervous, and cautious, to use RealLink. There are so many scamsters trying to make a quick buck, what if this was another one? What if he took my money, listed my house and then didn’t do any work toward selling the house? I did my homework, spoke to some references, met with Adam, and then decided I had more to gain than to lose. Boy did that ever turn out to be an understatement! Real Link is absolutely amazing! When my wife and I decided it was time to sell, we were worried that the realty costs would be too much to make a move feasible. However, Real Link’s low costs allowed us to list our house easily within our budget, and with Adam’s guidance and attentiveness our house sold in no time!! We were astounded at the level of personal attention Adam provides- he was always reliable, prompt, and willing to give advice when we needed it. You would be crazy not to save thousands of dollars through Adam’s business model. We interviewed four traditional real estate agencies and NONE of them had an original idea of how they would sell our house. They will follow the typical real estate model of posting your listing on mls.com etc. and that’s just about it. They think because they are big, with a lot of agents, houses will sell with little effort and they will reap the commissions. I was not impressed with that approach. I guess it’s because I am in sales. For me, the work begins after you get the sale. I was left with the impression that a typical realtor’s work is done after they get the listing. Adam will post your listing on all of the same websites and do his best to sell your home but will not take 3-6% commission on the back end. That is thousands of your dollars in savings for you.

The level of service Adam provided exceeded our expectations. He was always very professional and efficient. Adam was able to convert us with the RealLink system (non-traditional real estate brokerage sale) and create a successful sale. We saved thousands of dollars in commission fees. He never exaggerated ideas, promised the moon, or was remiss at any time. Adam was very prompt from the beginning through to the culmination of the sale.

He listed our house and within four days we had accepted an asking price offer. The flat rate listing option sounds too good to be true but it’s not. It saved us a lot of money at the closing table and saved us from having to list our house by owner.
